• Payment Method

All sales transactions done on tomyisobot.com is processed by PayPal. You do not necessarily have to be already signed up with PayPal to make a purchase. You can still use your choice of Credit Card (Visa, Master, AMEX and Discover) and make payment via PayPal. All sales are considered final and complete after 30 days from date of invoice. No returns for refund will be accepted after 30 days.

• Sales Tax

There are a few things in life you can't avoid. One of them is tax. Because we have to report to Uncle Sam every year, all orders shipped within the State of California will be charged sales tax of 8.25%. If you do not reside in California, you do not have to worry about the sales tax, but if you're shipping to California, you will be charged sales tax.

• Shipment

All shipments will be made F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. All orders will fulfilled via FedEx or United States Postal Service. We ship orders via the fastest route possible at the time of shipment. Most orders are delivered within 4-5 business days after placing the order. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and a great majority of our customers are surprised at how fast orders arrive.

• Free Standard Ground Shipping (Only within Continental US)

Free Standard Ground Shipping is offered only for continental U.S. (except for Hawaii & Alaska). International orders are not qualified for free shipping.

• Package Weight & Dimension Policy

Every order is packed in a secure corrugated box to meet the shipping standard. Unlike others, we do not use cheaper boxes that may not survive the hazards of shipping and handling. We want to ensure that every order arrives at it's destination unscathed.

• Liability

tomyisobot.com gives you 100% satisfaction guarantee on product sold through our website. Except for customer's damages will be limited to return of the purchase price even if tomyisobot.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim against customer by another party. tomyisobot.com is not liable for any misuse of, damages and/or injuries caused by product sold in our store.

• Product Handling

Any unauthorized adjustment, modification or alteration to product purchase through tomyisobot.com will NOT be accepted for replacement. Any product which has been damaged due to obvious improper packaging or handling will be returned to the customer with no CREDIT or REPAIR/REPLACEMENT GIVEN and the remaining warranty period will be VOID.
